Founded in 1957 as a small family-run welding shop, Alloy Welding has grown into a premier 33,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Melrose Park, Illinois. Now backed by Automated Systems, our decades of hands-on expertise delivers high-quality metal fabrication and welding solutions.
Our offices are fully computerized starting with Estimating, our CAD system in our Engineering department, Purchasing, Quality Control, through our Accounting department. A 3000 lb. overhead crane, located in our main dock, makes shipping and receiving convenient and efficient.

Precision Welding
TIG, MIG, spot, and arc welding up to 500 amps, and specialized heat treating.
Laser Cutting
Precision laser cutting up to ½” steel, ⅜” stainless steel, and 3/16″ aluminum.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Full-service fabrication of CRS, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and structural steel.
CNC Press Brake Forming
CNC and manual press brakes up to 12 ft. and 150 tons for accurate bending and forming.
Turret Punching & Notching
Finn Power NC turret punching, power notching, and PEM setting for complex hole patterns and hardware insertion.
Metal Finishing & Polishing
Medical-grade polishing, sanding, and finishing with stroke, belt, and wide-belt sanders.
Fabrication Support & Assembly
Secondary operations, assembly, and value-added services for finished components and sub-assemblies.
